The Muppets are my second favorite creation of Jim Henson. My second favorite Muppet movie is Muppet Treasure Island, and it’s a hilarious movie to watch with the family. The story is almost similar to the book Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson, the movie has its twists to the story in a muppet way. Muppets are like the life work of Jim Henson who brought the Muppets to life and brought them into the big leagues of Hollywood. The director of the film is Brian Henson who is the son of Jim Henson. Now if you read Treasure Island or even watch a movie about it like Disney’s Treasure Island (1950), you know what happens in the film. The muppets bring much joy and laughter to everybody around the world. They give us great laughter along the way. The movie itself is a comedy/musical, it has many songs like “Shiver My Timbers” and “Cabin Fever” both terrific songs of course in my opinion. So for this movie, I’d seriously recommend it to anyone who loves the muppets growing up and still loves them to this day. The movie gets an A- for showing us that dreams are possible if you take the first step and go for it.
