The Rugrats has been a childhood classic of mine. Rugrats have been a part of Nickelodeon since 1991. The movie is extra special because it shows the love between brothers who try to get along with each other. The Rugrats Movie has all the same characters you know and love, Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, the twins Phil & Lil DeVille, and of course Angelica Pickles and Susie Carmichael. The movie introduces a brand new character in the series Dil Pickles. The story starts with Dil’s baby shower, where Tommy is excited to meet his new sibling, but when he is born, the brothers don’t get along at first. When Tommy gets a special gift from his father, Stu Pickles, Tommy tries to understand the responsibility of being the older sibling. The babies then decided to return Baby Dil to the hospital and get Tommy’s money back. It would be an adventure from beyond the backyard, and that’s when the real adventure began. The love between siblings is the most incredible thing ever because sometimes we may not get along at first, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love our brothers or sisters love for each other. Love is the most important in life because it can form trust between each other, and you can overcome obstacles along the way. Love is the most incredible thing to experience because when you find love between a girlfriend or boyfriend or any of your family, that’s true love. So for The Rugrats Movie, I give it an A+ for showing us that people do count on you to love and protect your younger siblings or family no matter what, and when you learn to love, you will receive something even much more beautiful in your life.
