Wee Sing played an important part in my childhood. It taught me many songs and lovable characters to sing and dance along with. Today I’m going to be talking about one of my favorite videos of Wee Sing. It’s called Grandpa’s Magical Toys. It all begins when Peter and his two best friends David & Sara come to visit Peter’s Grandpa and learn a very valuable lesson. When Grandpa loses a key to a music box he asks Peter and his friends to help him find it. When David accidentally knocks into the shelf with the music box they shrink down to toy size where they meet all of Grandpa’s Magical Toys like Punchinello, Sailor, Muffin Man, Lassie & Laddie, Pretty Little Dutch Girl, and many more toys along the way. Now this video talks about “Young At Heart,” that means no matter what age you are your still young in the heart and still enjoy many things in life like going to the park or enjoying the fresh air and the sunlight. People may get older but if we remember that no matter how old we get were still young on the inside and it’s not on the outside that counts. There are many old songs that I still remember to this day and will always cherish them like “The Muffin Man Song”, “Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar,” and “Say Say Oh Playmate.” So for this Movie of Wee Sing I give it an A+ because of what it teaches us about being “Young At Heart” and giving us many precious moments in life that we should always cherish forever because we are all “Young At Heart”.
