Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is the wonderful way for letting our imaginations to be unleashed to great lengths. The story centers around Jason, Kimberly, Trini, Zack, Billy and Tommy who have been chosen by Zordon, an inter-dimensional being caught in a time warp with the help of his aid Alpha 5. Together they face many dangers from the evil Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. The series is based off of a Japanese series called Super Sentai and was the 16th series in that franchise. Together they go through many challenges and face many monsters. But the most important thing is that they are more than just a team, they are best friends. One episode I’ve taken interest in was when Jason had to face a monster and Goldar, one of Rita and Zedd’s minions, alone and learned that no one is alone and that your friends will always have your back no matter what. This series was the first one that started the many successful Power Rangers series like Power Rangers Zeo, Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy and of course Mystic Force and Dino Charge. So for this series I’d give it an A+, because of what friendship should really be like in life.
