The Sandlot is another hilarious film for everyone to see. For anyone who loves to play baseball I would seriously recommend this movie. The setting takes place in 1962, Los Angeles, California in the suburbs. The plot is about a boy named Scott Smalls who had just moved into the neighborhood, but has a little trouble making new friends. He gets invited to play by Benny Rodriguez who is the best baseball player ever who has a team of his own, and the movie tells us the great adventure they all have during the summer of 1962 in their sandlot. The sandlot is the best baseball movie I’ve ever seen because of how it shows us that “Legends never die”, and the sport plays on forever. When you know when something you have to do to help someone even if you are driven by fear you need to stand up and take the courage to do what is right. When you play the game of baseball it’s more than just a sport it’s something really special for everyone to come together and witness great legends who take the risk and go for it, so I give The Sandlot an A+ because of what it shows us that “Legends Never Die”.
